FOX Atlas presents land and property project stories. Content is provided for general information and marketing, and is not a formal valuation, investment recommendation, survey, legal opinion or offer to sell.
Development and uplift potential depend on planning, title, access, services, ground conditions, costs and market conditions. They are not promises of planning approval, achievable value, profit or return. Obtain project-specific professional advice before committing to a purchase or development.
CGI, AI-assisted imagery, videos and masterplans may illustrate a proposed design rather than the existing or completed site. Finishes, landscaping, surroundings and layouts may change. Areas, dimensions, plot boundaries and map pins are indicative unless expressly identified as verified. Do not scale from illustrations.
Check the current decision notice, approved drawings and conditions with the relevant planning authority. Confirm availability, price, tenure, boundaries and other material details with the seller or appointed agent. Report apparent errors to us so they can be reviewed and corrected. If you email us, we receive your email address, name if provided, message and attachments. We use these to respond, discuss the project or service requested, and maintain relevant correspondence. Our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before a contract where applicable. Please send only information needed for your enquiry.
Website hosting and security providers may process connection information such as IP address, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect the service. The Atlas application does not add advertising pixels or visitor profiling analytics. Project search and location filters run in your browser.
Information is handled by people and service providers needed to respond to your enquiry and operate the service. Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed for that purpose and any applicable contractual, record-keeping or legal requirements; the appropriate period depends on the enquiry. to ask about or request deletion of your correspondence.
External map, font and project providers receive connection data when your browser requests their services; their privacy notices explain their handling, storage locations and transfer arrangements. Linked project websites operate their own privacy practices.
